Over the course of the past month, Platinum has been reviewing literature and lectures from our product manufacturers, and doing our best to help provide our partners with guidance, planning, and additional products through this very unique time. Our service will continue as usual, with stronger and more frequent check-ups to ensure compliance with CDC recommendations for prevention of the spread of the novel coronavirus which causes the disease COVID-19.

Our chemicals are EPA-approved and have been significantly tested to kill this coronavirus and other similar type viruses. Counter tops, kitchen tables, chairs, elevator buttons, door knobs, and all touch points are to be cleaned with such a disinfectant cleaner for COVID-19 prevention. The glass cleaner that we use on glass entry doors, glass conference tables, and restroom mirrors is peroxide-based, and is also on the list of EPA-approved disinfectants for COVID-19 prevention. We are asking all restroom staff to ensure that all soap dispensers stay full.

Given the nature of the way this virus spreads, we would like to provide an additional service to ensure the destruction of all infectious bacteria on touch points. We have been monitoring a specific chemical known as Sniper — a broad-spectrum hospital-grade disinfectant cleaner and proven virucide, fungicide, and bactericide. Information about Sniper can be found in the attachments following this letter. It utilizes electrostatic machines to effectively spray every surface in an area in 360 degrees. While the electrostatic machine has limited availability due to high-priority government, airline, and industry needs, we have successfully purchased multiple fogging and electrostatic machines to deploy the disinfectant across the nation. Both fogging and electrostatic machines can efficiently catch and disinfect all surfaces comprehensively.

We are not pushing this as a profit center, but simply as a response to the high amount of requests from our clients for a service of this nature.
