Challenge: Routinely maintain a 300,000 sq. ft. workspace for one of the biggest law firms in the country.

To clean and service a space deserving of a law firm with an international presence, Platinum had to organize and equip itself for completing a large assortment of tasks. Shifting construction and renovation throughout the property provides a nearly consistent source of dirt and debris for Platinum to manage, while keeping occupied, construction-free spaces spotless.

Platinum’s inspection programs aid the staff in ensuring that Platinum consistently provides high-quality service through corporate offices, high-end meeting rooms, a large cafeteria, and a public atrium. Following sessions of construction, Platinum provides post-construction cleanup by thoroughly wiping down glass other surfaces inside and out throughout the client’s two buildings and seven floors. Anticipating need, Platinum used new cleaning methods to lift stubborn stains and extend the life of a 50,000 sq. ft. carpet—saving the client the cost of prematurely replacing the floor.
